We are both very busy people in our early forties, four teenage children, and in our own businesses and to be honest we had not looked at our insurances for years. We did receive each year a note from the insurance company telling us our premiums had gone up and an occasional card from our broker whom we had not seen for years but that’s about it.

When we put an offer on our first home we were referred to a mortgage broker who said he would arrange finance. Two days before the finance confirmation date we were told the application was declined due to incorrect paperwork and information.
A family member suggested we contact FPNZ Direct and thankfully we did. That night FPNZ Direct met us at home, completed the paperwork, arranged life insurance to cover the loan and achieved confirmation all within 30 hours.
Twelve months later we now have our first child and we have once again reviewed all our insurances to ensure that they meet our new family needs and we now enjoy peace of mind that the family is covered.

We had good incomes, two great investment properties and plenty of debt. We were young so who needed insurance? The bank had security so they did not care.
We were referred to FPNZ Direct by another FPNZ Direct client and met with them at their offices and were pleasantly surprised how affordable insurance was for someone our age. They completed a needs analysis, made their recommendations and completed the paperwork.
Throughout the process with the insurance company they kept us informed along the way. We covered the mortgages and allowed for some more, added major illness cover and all for not more than $100 a month.
We are also sitting down with FPNZ Direct to look at our mortgages when they get nearer to renewing and most certainly will use them again.
